Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping bag or a similar protective mailer, ensuring the packing slip is included inside.

  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
